Recovery ability		I have used this product for the past six months and experience less soreness and better recovery.


Taste		I mix it with my flavorless creatine and drink toward the end-- or after-- my workout, along with a good dose of protein.


Recovery ability		If you're looking into a bcaa product then you're probably interested in improving your recovery abilities.
Taste		Flavor of the grape escape is amazing, mild and refreshing, not overpowering.
Mixes well		Mixability is fantastic..just a few seconds of shaking and you're good to go.

Taste		So thats what makes Xtend one of my fav and most recommend All around supplement. ps. and the TASTE is AMAZING!!


Taste		Mango is probably the best flavor i have tasted in any supplement i have taken.

Taste		However, and I think this is tainted from coming off of Amino1, the taste is very very dull, like an extremely watered down flavor.

Taste		Get it if you want flavoring on your water i guess.
Value for money		All i could say is it is cheaper than Gatorade, i got my electrolytes covered, i got my BCAAs covered, and that it is more environmentally friendly than buying bottles of Gatorade.


Taste		Has nice dosing and actually taste really good.
Value for money		A bit expensive though.
