Physical energy		I have been using Scivation Xtend for a few years now and have not found another that compares, there is no chemical aftertaste and it mixes extremely well, it keeps my energy up, replenishes my electrolytesand best of all: burns the fat.

Recovery ability		It was a good surprise, I recovery very fast compared without taking it and my muscle power remains the same.

Taste		So for my taste is not that good due sweetener.


Endurance		I consider this product as a must in my endurance trainings, you can feel how your fuel last longer.
