Taste		The taste isnt that great seriously at least for the flavor i have chosen... Snother thing about that supp is the bad breath after u drink it ( blue raspberry) though i doubt its related to the added flavor must be somethign else just make sure to have some breath killer nearby O.o.

Fat loss		I must say this helps with both muscle recovery time AND weight loss, as the packaging said it would.

Mixes well		Mixability is excellent, ensure if taking to the gym that it is completely dissolved at the bottom of your bottle (often i found the powder sticking to the bottom unless shaken quite well), otherwise no issues.
Ingredient profile		Ingredient profile is good, the addition of 1g citruline malate is excellent.

Taste		Back to the powder itself, i ordered the mango nectar an the taste is amazing, i made a good choice and im sure that many people would like it as well.
