Taste		The vanilla ice cream is now my go to flavor.
Mixes well		It mixes easily and doesn't leave me with that bloated feeling.

Physical energy		Tropical Punch is absolutely horrendous (made slightly more bearable by mixing with Fruit Fusion Amin.O Energy) and often made me gag while it was sliding down.
