Taste		Great flavor; I've been a great supporter and consume of ON Labs for a long time.
Ingredient profile		HOWEVER, I have become increasingly concerned about the types of ingredients being used in their products.


Taste		I had the Mocha Cap (which had a 9.0 taste rating at the time.

Diarrhea	This is more like 7 or 8. Worst part is that it had me in the bathroom with a mean case of the squirts!


Fat loss		but I did gain about 10 pounds of muscle while losing about 5 pounds of fat, which was great because I had some good definition by the time I was done with the tub.

Recovery ability		To the more important part, this protein really helped me with my recovery time as I could work chest and tri's on Monday and was able to go again on Wednesday.


Taste		It tastes just as bad.
Taste		Why do these companies think protein needs to be soo sweet?? Just make it taste not bad, you don't need to try and make it taste like a milkshake!

Upset stomach	It's also very sweet and gives me an upset stomach because of it.


Taste		first time I try any whey protein , so I can't compare it with other brands...I will just give my thought about the taste... first time I tried it with water didn't like it at all , I guess I just don't like cappuccino, I tried to add other stuff to it to improve it's taste , so I tried it with milk and a bit of coco powder + ice .. it's great!

Muscle gain		When it comes to whey, I give full trust in larger and more dependable companies that they don't use fillers or any other bogus ways to cut the cost.
Taste		but -maybe it's me- whey protein claiming to be chocolate flavored always disappointed me.

Taste		when i'm out of milk or i can't fit anymore fats in, coffee is hands down the best flavor in the history of whey and when i do have milk, I go for mocha cappuccino.
