Texture		but I find that it doesn't mix super well, and it's not as smooth as another protein powder from a different company I am using.

Thermogenic effect		- Lastly, I mix all of my shakes into a bottle of room temperature water.
Strength		I started lifting weights back in 2008 and I picked up a jug of Gold Standard because of the good reviews I found online.

Taste		The average guy/ gal is not going to buy fecal mint flavored protein shakes because they offer a couple more grams of protein per serving.
Taste		But you guys are in luck, every flavor I have tried from ON is pretty much amazing.
Mixes well		Gold Standard is the best protein I have found so far that mixes well with a bottle of water.

Recovery ability		As stated previously, I do not have any way of providing scientific studies into weather this product has improved recovery or muscle growth.
Value for money		- Another important factor is the price.

Ingredient profile		- I also like to look at the number of carbs, BCAAâ??s, sugars, and other ingredients.

Recovery ability		I found it gives me a quick recovery or like a mid meal along with a bit of casein protein mixed.


Taste		Be a little wary of the chocolate flavor though.
