Taste		I gave the Double Rich Chocolate a 6, it lacks a serious chocolate flavor that chocolate lovers are all about like myself, which helps curb cravings for all things chocolate.
Recovery ability		I have used other brands and this is far and above for nutrition and recovery aspects.
