Recovery ability		Man! what can i say about this product that is not already on the lable all the stuff thats on there is true it helps you last longer and also helps with the recovery which is more important cause the more you train the better you can be.
Recovery ability		It has glutamine and all the BCAA along with Citrulline Malatewhich helps with the recovery a lot better than any other supplement.


Taste		XTend is something you can use year round and it tastes great too!

Recovery ability		But after i used it a couple of times i was impressed if not amazed, usually i'll take about 3 days to recover from all the lactate (lactic acid) in my body from a sprint set, say like, 8 x 50m butterfly all out!
Taste		First of all Lemon sucks in flavor,
Value for money		It's not the cheapest product around,
