Anti-catabolic		This supplement has really helped me maintain muscle mass cuz I can't workout as often anymore(school).
Taste		Awesome taste as well, I liked watermelon slightly better than apple.
Value for money		It's a bit pricey though.

Taste		This review is for SciVation Xtend - Lemonade flavor.
Taste		I purchased this flavor when I ran out of the Watermelon flavor because I wanted something different.
Taste		You have to shake it before you drink it and then you can taste the grainy sediment with each drink.
Taste		I will not buy the Lemonade flavor again and I not buy Xtend again.
Taste		Please Note: When I originally purchased the Xtend Watermelon flavor that there were NO issues with it's mixability as it dissolved completely.
