Recovery ability		Best recovery supplement there is just the other day i did a chest workout that took everything out of me on monday and by friday i would have been able to go at it again.
Taste		Also the best tasting Xtend in my opinion

Physical energy		It keeps my energy up for an entire workout no problem, even days when I hit the gym a little too tired.

Taste		Tastes good, shake it up well though because sometimes you will get a little speck of white and it's not the most tasty little moment of a sip.

Value for money		but probably not worth the price, ill be sticking with whey and just supplement the Citrulline Malate on its own.
