Taste		but if your having issues with the taste of a bulk BCAA xtend is your answer... taste is mazing.

Recovery ability		This is one of the best recovery powders I have used for mixed martial arts training.

Taste		This is incredible stuff I can workout hard everyday and I never seem to feel sore or wore out like I used to and it tastes great.
