Strength		I did chest today and for the first time I tripled my 1 max rep(I weigh 130 lbs and did 3 reps with 225 lbs) I could be all in my head
Pump		I've been on "no explode" for almost 1 year and I also tried "superpump250" which didn't do anything for me, I liked the NOExplode
Ingredient profile		Did some research on the net and I decided to go with Assault, so far I love it, it's different, new and the ingredients are promising.


Endurance		The pumps and stamina I got from this product are amazing, not to mention the taste is phenomenal, the only reason im not giving a ten, is because it was lacking in the energy department.

Taste		and its giving a really nice cut so far. the taste is awesome too!


Focus		The focus, i just watch the weights go up and down while not even thinking of anything else around me. i dont get the sick feelings and jittery and stuff either.

Endurance		After finishing a tub and going back to NO Xplode, I feel like a fool because my workouts are not as efficient (pump is weak, still get jitters and feel fatigued halfway through).
