Pump		This pre workout drink was great in the begining,man o man di it do a total 180 on me.Went from feeling super pumped to lift to fog sleepy headedness wtf.Plus thid product is almost alway outta stock.Once again Hemo rage and juggernault are much better products

Physical energy		As for the energy, did not feel it as much as other similar product.

Value for money		Not my favorite produc & very expensive, probably because of all this UFC hype!.

Nausea or vomiting	but gave me nausea in the long run during my training because it was too sweet.


Focus		Good focus, doesn't mix very well at all.
Pump		but it doesn't give me the initial itch and feeling that I need to get in to the gym and tear up some skin with muscle pumps.

Muscle gain		I got amazing gains from using this product, got a new pr on bench that was a huge jump 295 to 345 just under halfway through the tub.

Taste		If you want amazing gains with incredible results, forget the stuff promising you become "jacked" and go with the better tasting, better resulting, better everything - Assault.

Ingredient profile		Lots of product settles at the bottom so you do have to "swirl" the drink mix constantly as you drink or you will end up with most the ingredients at the bottom.
