Focus		Jack3d is better if you are looking for energy and focus at the gym.
Muscle gain		I am also seeing greater muscle gains with Assault.
Strength		However, Assault is better if you want intense pumps and improved strength.

Pump		It didnt really give me as much pump as no-shotgun either.
Taste		First of all this is the best tasting product Ive ever tried and I've tried a bunch.

Thermogenic effect		I don't recommend putting this in water with ice cubes it has a hard time dissolving and clumps way too much room temperature or tap water works good, minimal clumping.
Pump		This product is excellent for a good pump it gives you the adrenaline push in about 30-45 minutes after consumption.
Taste		Has a great taste not to bad of an after taste.
Mixes well		I don't recommend putting this in water with ice cubes it has a hard time dissolving and clumps way too much room temperature or tap water works good, minimal clumping.
Mixes well		if you make a big jug (then you don't have to keep mixing it by serving) of it in luke warm water it dissolves better and all you have to do is put it in the refrigerator and fill your water bottle as needed.

Focus		I then thought of trying 2 scoops instead, and wow it made a huge difference, I had massive tunnel vision and focus during my workout.
Vascularity		Vein definition was equal to other brands like superpump and no explode.
Physical energy		2 scoops and half of an AMP energy drink and my pumps are amazing.
Pump		As for the pumps, I took the recommended 1 scoops and my workout following was nothing impressive.
