Endurance		I noticed that when I take it, my workouts are longer, more intense, and more fulfilling.
Recovery ability		I would recomend a recovery supplement as well to help with that.
Pump		Xplode and Superpump250 and as time has gone on, they are not as intense as they once were for me.

Focus		Energy and focus were intense.

Value for money		Really sweet, I saw progress with this Expensive so I don't think I'll use it again.

Ingredient profile		There is no negative effects with your stomach like the others preworkouts that have a lot of ingredients that make you get seek.
