Ingredient profile		Syntha-6 is more of a natural source of protein from food ingredients that take a bit longer to digest feeding your muscles with protein throughout several hours.

Taste		Taste: 9/10 Tastes better than most.
Taste		I enjoyed the taste of Carnivor a bit more though, probably because I tend to go on the high-end of water amounts when I make my shakes, and the water ratio in a Syntha-6 Milkshake definitely affects the flavor.
Mixes well		Mixability - 10/10 Protein: 10/10.
Value for money		Price: 10/10 My only problem is when I looked at Consumer Reports for heavy metal findings in protein shakes, there was an average of 1.6 picograms, I think.
