Ingredient profile		If you're looking for a slower digesting protein profile for every other time of day besides workout time, you'll be hard pressed to find a protein blend that doesn't contain whey.


Muscle gain		I gained muscle size (now i weigh 143lbs), my muscles are more toned and i seem more muscular.
Taste		Also, it tastes so **** good that every time i prepare a shake, i enjoy it.
Mixes well		It mixes very easily!! Normally, 1 scoop pre workout and 2 scoops post workout are working fine with me!
Value for money		The only drawback with this, is that its a little pricey to buy !
