Taste		Note: you really do need a shaker cup for it, and the flavor is completely different if you use it with milk as opposed to water.

Muscle gain		One scoop is 22g of protein which isn't bad for a lean muscle gainer / athlete and you should consider it if you are either of the aforementioned.
Strength		Whether you have to jump over a car or push a log off your legs you need that strength.
Taste		It's a super tasty powder and won't make you gag so you won't dread drinking this as a meal replacement or post workout shake.


Ingredient profile		Sadly, some ingredients like Sunflower Oil, Corn Syrup, Sodium Caseainate, Soy and Sucralose aren't healthy foods.
