Recovery ability		Ive noticed big changes with size, recovery, and and also its good just for general nutrition.
Ingredient profile		Just a little fyi, even thought theres a label that says its measured by weight and not by volume on the label, i noticed that the containers are sometimes more or less full than others.

Taste		Everyone who has ever tried different protein supplements understands the brutal taste that you can be in for especially if you mix with just water.
Value for money		The only downsides about the product are that it is a little expensive and the protein intake is on par with other protein supplements of lesser prices.
