Muscle gain		I am very critical when it comes to supplements (i put my egos aside) ... I would rate it second after Muscletech hardcore pro series that gave me faster muscle gain and progress.
Value for money		However, Optimum is very basic in its supply of protein to your body making it the most efficient and value for money type of protein.


Taste		Double rich chocolate flavor isn't that tastey tho

Nausea or vomiting	It was too sweet and made me feel sick every time I had to drink it.

Fat loss		i was able to lose weight by drinking this and i was also able to gain 5lbs of muslce in 2months by doubling my scoops.
Muscle gain		Been using Optimum for over a year now and i have not switch brand of protein because this whey protein is where i got my gains and i will stick to them.
Muscle gain		now my goal is gain muscle and get to 160-165lbs if not 175lbs and i will use this to cut also.
Taste		taste 9/10 it taste really good with skim milk with water is okay also.
