Fat loss		i've been using this as part of my weight loss stack and it's been helping me reach my daily protein requirement.
Taste		taste is great too! i tried chocolate because it's one of the most common flavors of protein shakes out there and compared to the others the flavor of ON 100% Whey is far better and more flavorful.
Taste		You can control the intensity of the flavor by adding or reducing water, it doesn't taste like a watered down protein shake even if you used 12oz of water to dilute it.
Mixes well		mixes quickly with a spoon too! you can definitely use this even without a shaker though i recommend you to use one for more comfort and ease.
