Strength		but this gold standard whey by optimum nutrition is freaking great, and i have been using it for a month and its starting to lean me out and give sum good size in my gains and strength is getting better too, it mix's really easy too, and the taste is pretty good, i just ordered a 5 lb tub of extreme chocolate, cant wait to pop that bad boy open..
