Taste		I should note on the flavor of the watermelon madness as I read another's review and I remembered that when I first had the watermelon madness, I put 3 scoops in my 16 oz shaker.
Taste		But it i put 2 scoops into 20 oz and it was much better, in fact if you can put even more water with it, it does taste better and more like the refreshing watermelon.
Taste		I would agree though that refreshing watermelon did taste better.


Recovery ability		I already recover pretty quickly when I work out and haven't noticed much of a difference

Taste		The taste is great, it mixes easily and definitely helps reduce post-workout muscle soreness as well as helping keep my fast in the morning till my eating starts at noon.

Taste		Tastes absolutely excellent, so much so that I sometimes am tempted to have some even when I'm not working out, haha.


Endurance		As far as endurance I did get a few extra reps and lasted a little bit longer throughout my workouts.
Taste		The taste wasn't that much better, tasted like a mix of tylenol and grape kool aid, with a really bitter after taste.

Muscle gain		SINCE I STARTED USED THIS PRODUCT IVE INCREASED MY LEG WORKOUTS BY 50 POUNDS AND MY BECH PRESS BY 75 POUNDS.IVE ALSO LOST 2 SIZES IN MY CLOTHS.
Taste		IT TASTES GREAT AND ALSO HAS A GREAT SMELL.

Mixes well		this one mixes well and seems to be a bit more refined powdery that the old mix.
Value for money		some people say it is very expensive and i wish more people not satisfied with this would recommend what they think is a better deal for the money.
Ingredient profile		both are good in my opinion the profile on the new one appears to be better.


Recovery ability		Pure and simple....this is a necessity....i sip on it through the day in a gallon jug, and during and after workouts with other supplementation....without recovery, you might as well not workout.....this is a must for it's recovery assistance!
Taste		i have tried several flavors and they are all easy to drink (minimal bcaa bitterness), i like watermelon because it's different from the average lemon-lime and fruit punch flavors that have been forced on us all!


Taste		but the after taste may be hard for some people.
Taste		I purchased Orange Dream and the after taste reminds me of pink grapefruit juice.
