Taste		It says 1 scoop per 12 oz. of water, to make it taste like the old formula, try atleast 20 oz. of water.


Taste		This is a great product, the grape escape flavor is by far the best BCAA flavor i've ever tasted.
Taste		This is a very safe product with great stat's, great flavor, and can assist in giving you great results; In my opinion.


Taste		They say it is "crap" because of it doesn't taste like candy.
Taste		But they dont understand that if something tastes good, its probably not good for you.
Taste		So stop complaining about the taste and be happy that they actually made this formula worth taking because it actually works.

Recovery ability		Just started using this product and it seems to help with recovery, which I love about it.


Physical energy		I also feel to have a bit more energy at the gym using the new formula than the older one.
Taste		The taste of the new formula isn't too bad compared to the old formula.


Muscle gain		You're better off getting the larger serving.

Taste		Watermellon taste like puke,I was using xtent for a year,and i was fine with grape,orange and apple,and for some reason wanted to try stupid watermellon,cause i like eating the real one.Everytime


Recovery ability		I am a big fan of BCAAs which really help me with muscle recovery.
Taste		but the "Amazing New Taste" is nowhere near as good as the old grape flavor.


Taste		I use to drink this product like water, all day every day, back when it was a nice tart refreshing flavor.
Taste		I am VERY disappointed in the new flavoring.

Taste		Taste 10/10 I would say this is a perfect mix of Jolly Rancher and Motts apple juice.
