Taste		great tasting Bcaa, b vitamin and elctrolyte drink. 1 serving during workout and 1 serving after keeps me goin and have seen significant gains... and it also helps with hangover after a night out!


Recovery ability		It keeps me going and provides me with the BCAAs I need to recover.

Taste		but I like taking it because it doesn't hinder and it is nice having something with a little taste on hard days.
Taste		The taste was too sweet so I later just stuck with 1 scoop with 16oz of water which was a little better.

Value for money		Overall I think it is OK, not worth the price IMO though.


Recovery ability		Great Intra-Work out supplement with 5g of BCAA's and added Glutamine to help quicken recovery and activate protein synthesis.

Taste		Raspberry Blue tastes like Koolaid, I love it.

Value for money		mix with primaforce bulk beta alanine and muscle pharm creatine depending on the day at work, mix with beta al during workout, its awesome! and the 90 serving tub is a killer value!


Endurance		This is a great product for endurance as well as mass-gain.
Endurance		Reduces muscle soreness and is a must if your workouts lasts longer than 45minutes

Endurance		My first tub was the old formula which was the watermelon and it was really good I would not get so sore after my workouts and lasted longer.Then the new formula came out and I got the apple which was awesome with the added ingredients it made it even more complete, I went a week without using it after my second tub and boy did I feel the difference, I was sore the whole week and just missed sipping it through my workout.
