Motivation		but C4 gave me the motivation to power through my workout!
Taste		Not a big fan of the Orange flavor


Taste		I did notice the orange made me burp, and the burps would be orange flavored...


Physical energy		It gives me tons of energy before I go to the gym.

Mixes well		No other pre workouts are even close Mixability: 10/10 Mixes very easily, even with a spoon and some water.


Pump		The pump wasn't great

Thermogenic effect		The combo gave a warming feeling that I have not gotten with other pre-wo products; almost thermogenic.

Taste		The only reason I gave 9 on flavor instead of 10 is a small aftertaste [almost metallic] as I am a raspberry connoiseur.


Value for money		however, are far more expensive than either option.
