Taste		Took the thing 20 min before my workout and this stuff tasted so good its dangerous... so good that I'd like to have it alongside my chicken and waffles for dinner LOL Anyway, going into my deadlift warm-up I really got tingles all over and it was kinda annoying at first

Value for money		I love this pre workout, after a 10 hour physical long day, the C4 gives me that boost to workout after Price 9/10 This is a great deal especially because I only use one scoop unlike other pre workouts where you may need more than one scoop,


Taste		i got an armful of c4 samples from gnc on my last visit... kept them around forever, ran out of my usual pre workout towards the end of this month (july 2012) so i gave the samples a try... 1st one was the watermelon, tasted great, mixed well and 2nd was pink lemonade, also tasted great and mixed well... BOTH DEFINATELY GAVE ME A GOOD BOOST DURING MY WORKOUT... i don't normally use this product
