Physical energy		I was getting a nice muscle pump, with the buzz of the Beta-Alanine really kicking in.
Muscle gain		but it wasn't worth that withdrawal, let alone the tolerance my body gained.
Endurance		but weren't reacting strength-wise or fatigue-prevention-wise.

Aggression		Just after cycling off C4 after a few weeks, I seemed to get hit with emotional withdrawal; I was getting overly angry and insignificant things, and I can almost positively attribute this anger to the lack of C4 entering my intake systems.
Strength		but weren't reacting strength-wise or fatigue-prevention-wise.


Physical energy		I took up to 4 scoops and did not get a buzz from it.
Focus		But as far as getting a focus or drive from the supplement it fails to deliver.
Taste		Flavor is whatever.
Value for money		It's very mellow at best and it's more of an expensive koolaid then anything else.


Physical energy		I'm not a fan of pre-workouts with caffeine or stims because all they do for me is give me a buzz of energy for 15min then they die out and im left completely crashed out at the end of my workout, and on top of that I cant sleep at night.

Taste		I have used quite a few pre workout supplements and this one tastes really good, the workout is insane and i dont feel a crash afterwards.
Value for money		It is definitely worth the money
