Muscle gain		With Jack 3D, this product was quite effective, I gained a lot of muscle mass and my weight increased.

Ingredient profile		but if you read the label, it does have a lot of the esstensial you will need to build muscle, so you would not have to buy more supplements.

Gas or bloating	However, I noticed that it got me really bloated, it is probably from the creatine.


Taste		This stuff is definatly intense.Gets u super charged for a good work out.Only bad thing i have noticed is my body goes thru withdrawls when i dont take it.Feels like my work out are very lax with out it.The taste is very crapy for the green apple,fruit punch is really good tho.Bout to order the arctic blue next time.

Physical energy		This product works better as a regular energy drink rather than a workout intensifier.
Pump		but the "pump" would fade about halfway into the workout and by the end I often felt flat and deflated instead of pumped and invigorated.

Skin flushing	I was hesitant to take more than one scoop because the beta-alanine (or maybe niacin) is so high I think anymore would flush and irritate my face and skin.
