Focus		Been on assault for 2 months and I gotta say this stuff is great..I purchased the muscle pharm stack here on bodybuilding and every one of there products has been great..now back to my assault review I felt the muscle pumps and the extra focus..the only thing is your body will get use to it and you will have to add an extra half a scoop after a month on being on it..other then that it's great and taste great..also i can't wait to try the new formula

Focus		Take it 20mins (1 serving, half scoop) before lifting and immediately feel focused.

Pump		I've used PMD Pump Fuel and Cellucor C4 in the past and I can easily say that neither of those products can compare to Assault.


Pump		This has got to be the best Pre-Workout i have ever used,compared to C4, Super Pump 250/Max.
Taste		Also the taste is great and i usually am not worried about the taste
