Taste		but the taste is something that has to be fix because the after effect leaves you with a weak stomach.


Taste		There is so much dye in it that it stains your teeth instantly or whatever it touches...terrible taste and it isnt very strong.

Texture		but it's still a little chalky.
Physical energy		The energy was really clean and I have been having great workouts on it.
Pump		I found myself zoning out in a good way through my reps at the gym and the pumps were solid.
Taste		Taste: 3/10 I use the Blue Raspberry flavor and let me tell you that I wanted to throw up while drinking it.
Value for money		Price: A little pricey.


Pump		after reading alot of reviews i decided to finaly try "assult" and i can honestly say i was very dissapointed, i have tried superpump 250, n.o shotgun, n.o xplode, jack3d, and many others, and i can sertiously say this is at the bottom of the list, everyones body is differnt and i guess mine reacted in a very negative way, as i didnt expierence any pumps or a urge to train harder, only plus side is the flavour as it does taste very good i do have to point out that it is only my second day, taking the product and i was on half scoop then went to full scoop on my second day, i can understand there might be a loading stage?
