Taste		Taste: I took the Blue Arctic Raspberry and it wasn't that bad.
Value for money		That made this quite pricy for the amount provided.


Taste		would not recommend it at all. it taste WAY too sweet, it actually made me feel sick it was that sweet.


Thermogenic effect		I did sweat like there was no tomorrow though.
Taste		I love the taste of this product, probably the easiest to drink.


Focus		No where near as much energy, stamina, or focus as jack3d.
Endurance		No where near as much energy, stamina, or focus as jack3d.

Taste		Great tasting preworkout, i like it because it gives me a lot concentration, i use it for lifting days, prefer Jack3d for cardio, the negative to this is that it makes me gassy and it seems the added creatine(5g) dehydrates me a bit, id recommend this product overall


Pump		I'm getting good pumps and better quality workouts too, which is the point right.
Taste		The flavor is sweet.

Taste		I know that a lot of folks here will say that taste doesn't matter, and they are partly right.
Taste		However, to me, tastes DOES matter somewhat and this stuff tastes like a chemical bath and my wife says it makes my breath smell like a litter box.

Taste		I would like to start off by saying the taste is simply amazing....really tastes like a raspberry lemonade.


Muscle gain		also i have gained 2 pounds of muscle as well as bench 125 with 8 reps which is a nice increase from 95 pounds.

Taste		Assault is a great pre workout, The green apple flavor was pretty sweet though, But it was a blast of a workout!.

Physical energy		Weight went up 50 lbs on bench press, crazy energy.

Thermogenic effect		First time i used it i put one scoop in 20 oz of water and the aftertaste was terrible and i sweat like crazy and felt kind of sick in my workout
