Focus		Assault doesn't have as big of a powerful focus as jacked does nor does it seem as intense, so at first I didn't really notice anything.

Focus		I bough this stuff because i needed the focus in the gym.

Taste		First off the taste of the Blue Raz will make you gag!


Physical energy		As for the mix itself it was ok, I did get that burst of energy before a workout like with other products.
Taste		The Fruit punch flavor tastes awful.


Physical energy		but I feel a big improvement in the gym, energy is up and my weight, reps and sets have increased consistently for the 2 weeks Ive been using Assault.
Taste		I must say this is by far the best tasting shake I have had!

Muscle gain		If u don't want to pay a lot to get big then just give up lifting while ur @ it cause muscle tech is Tue only good supplimemt out

Diarrhea	I was taking gakic hardcore and I could work out for 2 and a half hours to 3 hours with no problems, no skin itch, no having to have to go to the bathroom, no burning in my skin,
Diarrhea	I had the skin itching, the skin burning, the going to The bathroom.


Pump		for a great pump.
Taste		The watermelon flavor does not taste that good.

Motivation		I didn't even have motivation to finish my workout, that's how bad it made me feel.
Pump		There was absolutely no pump, it actually made me feel like ****.
Taste		It tasted like a watered down rancher drink, and to be honest, made me angry during my workout.
Value for money		I will be returning this product for my money back.

Value for money		but the price stops me, doesnt fit into my supp.

Nausea or vomiting	I do like that I dont get the nausea and heavy heartbeat from this.
