Pump		Would not recommend I've tried superpump 1mr and N0xplode and have had much better results with them and no nausea with any of those.

Headache	the only problem I had was that after a week of using Assault I began to get exertion headaches that caused me to have to stop in the middle of my workouts.

Taste		i took a scoop of the raspberry lemonade flavor of assault today the taste was decent, maybe a little sweet.


Taste		I've used each flavor they have and I must say that green apple kinda sucked.
Taste		It was good for the first 3 days, and then the flavor makes me want to gag.
Taste		but you have to sip it, not take gulps like with the other flavors.
