Taste		holy f****g sh i just got of 1mr and decided to try assault because i like muscle pharm and holy crap big difference i was thinking it might be like 1mr oh no 100 times better i took it and my face started to tingle and when i hit the gym i felt like a magic gorilla i was doing about twice what i normally do and it lasted through out my entire 1hr 30 min work out taste good effectiveness holy shT

Focus		I've tried adjusting the doses and nothing seems to work that well..it starts out great with a good pump and about 20-30 minutes into the workout my stomach gets upset, I lose focus, then I get dizzy.

Taste		horrible...it doesn't mix up very well and the taste is disgusting....halfway through every workout I crash with this stuff.

Endurance		I was not a big fan of pre workouts because most of them I have tried made feel awful, tired after 10 minutes, grouchy and diarrhea in minutes after taking them.
Focus		It gives me natural energy, focus, Great mood and I'm always ready to rock.. :) I take little more then a half scoop 20 minutes before workout and keeps going for 2 hours.

Upset stomach	but if i went over a scoop and a half i found myself having some stomach discomfort.


Pump		I've tried other pre-workouts such as: Jack3d, Cellucor C-4, SuperPump, and N.O.Xplode.

Headache	Why this product makes me want to throw up and headache?


Texture		It ended up being gritty or wouldn't resolve to well, very sour and hard to take down especially if you try to have it with 8oz.
Taste		Overall I would recommend it if you have the guts for the taste.

Physical energy		I love this product it gives me alot of energy delivers Creatine HCl, Nitric oxide boosters and much more.

Pump		Assault has just enough to give you that extra push in the gym without the burnout factor and also gives you a little more pump to push out a few extra reps.

Jitters	It doesn't give me the jitters, doesn't make my stomach hurt and doesn't leave me feeling bad after I finish working out.


Texture		I have used this supplement for a week and have found it mixes well, it's a bit on the thick side for the reccomended dosage on the tub.
Endurance		Effectivness and performance, I found this gives a good kick in the start of my training session, then I get extremely fatigued.

Taste		Raspberry Lemonade is my favorite flavor and actually tastes extremely good.
Value for money		If you're gonna spend the money, spend it on this! Look at who uses it, UFC fighters, i mean come on, they're arguably in the best physical shape of any athlete out there.


Taste		This tastes god awful and makes me feel sick when I take it.
