Taste		It legit smells/tastes like weed.


Endurance		I used to feel really tired after just 15 minutes of high intensity workout.

Taste		The taste is like taking a bite into a green apple it tastes AMAZING!

Diarrhea	I won't use it in the future for cardio/runs mostly because of the creatine in it.

Pump		I have felt better pumps from the other products the first time used, and this was BY FAR the WORST TASTING of all.

Nausea or vomiting	I personally just didn't feel the results and on a few occasions it seemed like the product really just made me feel sick to my stomach.


Taste		The taste wasn't bad, which seems to be about the best I can say for any pre-workout drink.


Motivation		I tried a sample packet of assault & it helped me with my motivation and intensity.
Taste		Love it & it tastes pretty good.


Physical energy		I love the energy it gives me and there I could noticeably push out more reps.
Taste		Also, the raspberry lemonade tastes awesome!

Crash	The only problem that I had was the (kind of) crash a couple hours later.
