Physical energy		but didnt get a huge burst of energy.

Texture		Best pre workout on th market for me, the flavor is a pain to down though and very chalky, Fruit Punch is off the chain on the other hand.

Physical energy		I gave it a 3 because even though it made me sick i did still feel the energy effects of it, just got to sick to work out.

Headache	got sick to my stomach every time I took it and a headache.

Physical energy		It was a quick build up and a steady plateau of energy for my entire workout.
Taste		The only problem I had with the drink was the green apple flavor.
Taste		But just not my taste.

Difficulty sleeping	Im not a guy who likes super crazy preworkout supps, mostly because I wont sleep and I dont like the overall feeling.


Physical energy		It gives energy and power and sometimes itching from B-Alanine...

Focus		Superpump Max has a much better focus and I also sweat a lot with it for some reason (rush of blood).

Difficulty sleeping	Keeps me awake all night though because stims are heavy, 1.5scoops enough for me topped up with my own beta alanine/creatine added.


Taste		Taste good and the most important is the results I'm getting with MP Assault.

Physical energy		however it was not powerful enough for me.I started out with half a scoop then to 1 whole scoop and even at 1 scoop it just wasnt powerful enough.However it did taste pretty good and it gave me some energy and overall is a decent product.

Taste		First batch (Raspberry) of this I used I was getting extreme work outs and ordered the next tub before I ran out, I wanted to mix up the flavor after drinking it 5 days a week.
Taste		Opened the new flavor as soon as it got to me.

Diarrhea	All this product did was make me run to the bathroom.

Ingredient profile		I picked this supplement because the profile s****ested it had all of the things that might actually be backed by science in terms of improving performance -- BCAA's, Glutamine, Creatine, Beta-Alanine, etc. Then a whole lot of other stuff, including stimulants.
