Focus		On the plus side It does increase my focus and there is no crash post workout.


Taste		To be polite, Not what I was expecting, lacks in taste & performance, sits in the back of my cupboard behind, supplements that I do find live up to there rep.

Value for money		but you must take one full scoop for maximum results, and that is 20 measures of the total in a bucket(a bit too expensive), adverse effects are the same as with other products,

Physical energy		but it was to sweet tasting for me it was like i was drinking cool laid i didnt like that and did not mix well at all it always clumped at the bottom of the shaker every time so you had to eat the clumps becuase it wouldnt mix up, energy wize it was pretty good with a good pump

Pump		most poweerful preworkout i've ever tried, and i've used quite a bit! soemtimes i have to wait to keep working out because my pump is so tight!

Upset stomach	but, every time I take it after my two day break it gives me stomach problems an hour or two after ingestion.

Pump		best pre workout supplement available, i have used NO Shotgun, No explode, jack3d, superpump 250, and in my opinion this is the best one i have tried, taste is really good also.

Taste		The flavor is very similar to Blue Arctic Raspberry.
