Focus		the other product i use from muscle pharm is recon which is also very good, and i was also slightly more focused than i was on S.T. so basically this is a must buy for anyone looking for a pre-workout drink.
Taste		now, if i feel like this during interval training, i cant wait till next week to try this on weights! now all that mixability and taste and all that i dont really care about because if a supplement tastes too good then its not good for you.
