Taste		The taste of the Blue Rasberry is ok; I should have went with the Fruit Punch, can't mess up fruit punch usually.

Focus		but if you like focus strength and aggression with just enough stim kick then assault is what you need!
Strength		ive tried a lot of preworkout supps jack3d,sp 250,sp max,shock therapy,whiteflood,hemorage,bullnox and out those i liked sp 250 and white flood till now assault is my new fav along with white flood assault gives me the best pumps strength and aggression in the gym with out that stimmed out feeling which is what i look for in pre workout product.so

Pump		but not as good pumps, plus the crash after was horrible, I would be too tired to do anything ever when i took jack3d, literally was on the couch or in the gym.
Pump		Assault has better pumps than superpump, and in general superpump was a let down to me, pretty much the same as no explode and expensive compared to Assault.
Pump		Assault is the cleanest pre-workout I've used and it in turn seems to be a great muscle builder also, instead of just giving me a temporary pump, i'm packing on and holding onto this new muscle.
Value for money		Assault has better pumps than superpump, and in general superpump was a let down to me, pretty much the same as no explode and expensive compared to Assault.
