To use it it depends on how much results you want to see, it all depends on the body as everyone ranges differently.

The side effects i saw was bloating, it was due to retention of water.

flavour wise it was okay, i like mixing it in with my preworkout, to make the " loading happen". There are alot of different forms of creatine in the market, but I would advice only to take monohydrate since its the most researched and well tested.
