Taste		This is one of the best mixing creatine I have used, no flavor and very fine particles.
Value for money		I switched from creatine HCL which not working effectively for me and much more expensive.

Gas or bloating	even tho i never got to finish this product overall it was terrible i didnt like the bloat feeling and gut.

Muscle gain		Good Product, i am starting to see gains using this, as well as less muscle soreness the next day, the only thing that sucks is there is no scoop, which i looked for for about 10 min before i went online and read they don't supply one, so I just used my scoop from my JACK3D which is 5.5g , so i just measured a little less,


Mixes well		good price, dissolves great, I add it to my shakes after a workout or even take a scoop of it plain into my mouth and wash it down no prob.

Value for money		This is the best and only micronized creatine i will ever take, i love the price and its very effective!

Physical energy		but know this the creatine feels better pre then post pre effects - more energy more explosive energy (everything seems lighter)
