Mixes well		Nothing special for a creatine product - saw minimal gains from using this product, as much as any other creatine, and mixes terribly - will always leave you with residue at the bottom of the glass.


Strength		but it doesn't give me enough acute strength the moment I take a dose,to help me lift the weights I want.CGT is more appropriate for me.


Fat loss		I did cut between bottles detox for a month and lost 6% body fat.
Muscle gain		with that being said though and the 7 stars is that Ive started taking vita cost creatine and well with that ive notice my chest arms and abs to be more swollen Its letting me soak up more water I guess and giving me a bigger push.
Taste		It has no flavor haha.
