Texture		I mix with my protein shakes and there is always a gritty mix left in the bottle that I wash down with a couple of oz. of water.

Upset stomach	It always causes GI problems this one does seem easier on my stomach.


Taste		It doesn't dissolve in water, so make sure you get an extra swig of it out of your shaker/glass, and it tastes horrible.
