Value for money		Cheap, easy to take, and has a noticeable effect on my dreams and morning wood.


Muscle gain		I can't really say I saw an increase in size or strength while on this though I have been sleeping like a baby lately and having some weird *** dreams.

Thermogenic effect		When I started to wear more clothes to the gym in order to sweat more, I knew the benefits of such a supplement.

Value for money		It was cheap so i thought i'd give it a try.

Difficulty sleeping	For the first two weeks i took this supplement, i couldn't sleep at all, i was awake all night.

Focus		My dreams have been incredibly vivid and I have always wakened up feeling revitalized and mentally focused.
Strength		As described “Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate plus Magnesium Aspartate and vitamin B-6 is an all-natural product that clinical testing suggests may significantly increase anabolic hormone levels and muscle strength in trained athletes.”
Strength		Now I have been taking ZMA for about a month now and I personally have not experienced any significant increase in hormone levels or muscle strength though it is hard to gauge at this time because I am involved with a fairly intense workout regiment and naturally my strength gains have been increasing so to give complete credit to ZMA at this point wouldn’t be appropriate.

Crash	ZMA has been able to achieve some interesting results though the only thing I can see being useful to my training is the fact that I can achieve deep REM and so long as I train hard and crash that night, ZMA was able to give me that little push further into sleep.


Recovery ability		I bought this product for that reason, and also for the muscle recovery.


Value for money		Great product!!! Ive never slept better and for the price you cant beat it.
