Fat loss		but i will say it tasts great!!! and is super smooth and you deffinatly feel refreshed while drinking it after a hard workout so i take this while bulking and other leaner proteins while cutting this protein also contains 6 grams of fat wich is a little high

Taste		all you do is put 2 scoops of syntha 6 into a bowl put a little bit of natural peanut butter in there a little bit of water and throw it in the microwave for about 3 minutes and its delicious!!!
