Endurance		I want a protein powder for 3 reasons: 1) After hard resistance workout, for muscle rebuilding 2) After hard endurance workout, to prevent muscle loss 3) For occassional meal replacemenets when dieting or skipping a meal I don't use every day, and don't like the idea of a protein being a supplement rather than a food.
