Ingredient profile		I wish BSN would put the EAA/BCAA profile on the label. 1 rounded scoop (44 g) only gives you 23 grams of protein.

Value for money		I use this as breakfast and before bed. 1 scoop + 16oz milk = 38g protein, 7.5g fat, 32g carbs, and 5g fiber!! Excellent value as well.


Taste		Aso i like the peanut butter flavor better i can use a spoon to mix the PB and not gag.
