Strength		For lifting this really helps you keep lifting heavy towards the end of workouts and for cardio purple wratth makes you a machine!


Recovery ability		The recovery is better, workouts are better, and even cardio is better.


Taste		Seems to do little else than slightly flavor your water and bother your lips to the touch.
Value for money		DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!


Physical energy		Must try !!!! stuff kept me going for 2.5 hrs and still had energy at the end.


Ingredient profile		I love the profile and it really is great during intense sessions.


Endurance		You get AMAZING endurance when taking this stuff.
Taste		The only downfall is the horrible taste, both purple lemonade AND juicy grape taste bad (it's tolerable)

Taste		but the taste is so terrible that I couldn't get past my first serving.

Upset stomach	I had half a serving and my stomach was upset for 4 hours after due to the artificial sweetener.

Taste		the taste is not to good and didn't help me gain anything well at least any noticeable gains when i was on it.
Value for money		since i got rid of it i have been using just strait BCAA's and to me they do just as good for a lot cheaper.
Value for money		So do your self a favor and if tight on money like I am or just dont want to spend any unnecessary money then just get strait BCAA's.

Value for money		And, like other controlled labs products, its a tad more expensive than the competition.

Recovery ability		First off I am only taking about half the recommended serving, that said I do still feel like it is helping my recovery and I am able to keep more mass while still being ripped, I dont notice enough of a difference to always use it though...I am going to stop using it for a month or so and see if I notice anything...
