Endurance		I took it after deadlifting and before basketball quite a number of times, and the fatigue was still slightly there
Recovery ability		but this was great recovery.
Taste		taste was another thing that I wasn't too fond of at first
Taste		Attention to all people who complain about the taste of aminos: SUCK IT UP. aminos don't taste good, CL did a nice job giving this a decent taste.

Recovery ability		Mixing is no problem and definitely enhanced recovery.
Taste		I love the taste and how easy it is to get down (unlike some).


Strength		I made tremendous gains in all my power exercises, especially deadlift (up to 455).
Strength		The first cycle I used it; my deadlift went from stagnating at max 315 to repping 375!! ( I stacked Noxplod and Purple Wraath on that cycle) It or something similar should definitely be part of your supplement list.


Endurance		Purple Wraath let me workout longer at a high intensity at the gym.

Strength		In the four weeks I've been using Purple Wraath, I've seen about a 20 pound increase on my 1 rep max for bench and a considerable increase in leg strength.
Taste		Also, the taste is great, so no wincing while trying to down the stuff!


Endurance		This product is great at giving me an extra boost of stamina I need when lifting.


Pump		This is a great source for EAA's & BCAA's, definitely helps with my recovery, gives me a good pump to make it through my weight training, and the best thing of all is it's stim free (which I need because I workout late at night).

Pump		Tried this stuff in between the cycles of Jack3d to get the pump I was looking for without the stims.
Taste		Be warned that it leaves a weird taste in your mouth and makes your breath stink weird.

Value for money		but its rather cheap for good source of BCAA's and EAA's.
